Overview
Wine primarily made with Mencía grapes from the El Rapolao plot in Valtuille de Abajo. The harvest is performed by hand.
The wine is fermented in 65-litre vats with the whole stalk, as is usual with Raúl Pérez’s wines, and bottling is carried out without the clarification or filtering of the wine.

Tasting notes
The nose shows aromas of black liquorice, grated cocoa, mountain herbs and light notes of mandarin peel.
On the palate it stands out for its elegance: it is a gala wine, with great delicacy, ample, perfect volume, long and deep. A wine for great celebrations. In Ultreia Rapolao everything flows in perfect harmony, showing an ideal conjunction between mouth and nose.
