Overview

Wine made with Godello grapes from clay soils displayed all over Valtuille de Abajo, in the region of Bierzo. Produced by César Márquez and Raúl Pérez, this is a white wine vinified with the stalk and later aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of different capacities.

It is bottled without clarification.

Tasting notes

The nose shows aromas of ripe peach, stone fruit and bits of honeycomb and slight reminiscences of white flower. In the mouth it is very expressive and broad, spirited, with a long finish to ripe fruits, among which, the conference pear stands out.
