Overview
The vineyard from which the Albarín grape is picked is located in the village of Villamañán, in León, at an altitude of 810 meters, and dates back to 1970. The vine grows in clay soil with pebbles, with the plot facing east. The must is fermented with indigenous yeasts in 500 litre-barrels where it remains under a flower veil for 4 or 5 years.

Tasting notes
It has citrus aromas that refer to the skin of the mandarin, and also to white flowers, with slight hints of earth, lime, ripe stone fruit and the cells of a honeycomb. In mouth it has a sweet entrance, with a freshness and an astonishing acidity, with vigor given by a certain aftertaste of lemon thyme.
